Welcome to Inkwave, an AI image generator app developed by Taha Tuna. Please read these Terms of Use carefully before using our services.
To access Inkwave, users must create an account using Apple Sign-In. This is necessary for security reasons to ensure a safe and personalized experience.
Users can generate images by purchasing tokens. Tokens are tied to your account and will synchronize across your devices if you sign in with the same Apple account. Tokens are not transferable.
Users may request to delete their accounts at any time. This can be done from the 'Settings' tab within the app. Upon account deletion, all user data including remaining tokens will be permanently deleted. This action is irreversible and data cannot be recovered thereafter.
Inkwave stores the following user data to ensure functionality:
User's email associated with the Apple account.
Unique user identifiers necessary for service operation.
Token counts and last transaction information.
No images, generated or uploaded, are stored on our servers. Permissions to access your photo gallery are solely for image selection and processing purposes.
We implement reasonable security measures to protect user information against unauthorized access and misuse.
These Terms of Use may be updated over time. We will notify users of significant changes by posting the revised terms on this page.
