Welcome to Inkwave, an AI Image Generator app developed by Taha Tuna. This privacy policy outlines how we collect, use, and protect your information when you use our app.
To use Inkwave, users are required to create an account via Apple Sign-In. We may collect the following information:
User's Apple ID associated information (such as unique user identifier).
Last transaction details after a purchase.
Email address associated with the Apple account.
Timestamp of when the details were last updated.
A count of granted, used, and remaining tokens.
Inkwave uses your information to:
Authenticate your account and synchronize tokens across devices.
Make sure the purchased tokens are granted and there are no discrepancies.
Make sure the user doesn't lose the tokens they have purchased.
All payments for tokens are processed through the App Store. We do not store any payment details, such as
credit card details or names, on our servers.
Inkwave does not have access to sensitive information about its users.
We do not share your personal information with third parties, except as required by law or in connection with legal claims and proceedings.
If a user chooses to delete their account, all associated information, including unspent tokens, will be
permanently deleted. This action is irreversible.
The user, following account deletion, won't be able to recover the lost information. Account deletion
can be made by going into the 'Settings' tab of the app.
We implement reasonable security measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access and use.
Inkwave requests permissions to access your photo gallery strictly for the purpose of image selection and
storage. We do not access or store your photos beyond the app's stated functionality.
The images you use to generate images or the images you generate are not stored on our servers.
If the user chooses not to save an images they have generated, the image will be lost forever.
We may update this privacy policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new policy on this page.
